Our seal repair service is focused on quality, reliability, value and punctuality. We repair mechanical seals for hundreds of pump and motor repair shops, municipalities and utilities nationwide.
In many cases, reconditioning a seal will offer a substantial savings over purchasing new. We can recondition a wide spectrum of seals from manufacturers including John Crane®, Chesterton®, Borg Warner®, Burgmann®, Flygt®, EMU®, Durametallic® and many others. We can upgrade the components to extend the life of the seal and reduce down time and maintenance costs.
Seal faces are lapped to within 2 light bands on modern lapping machines. All seals are assembled inside our ‘Clean Room’, cartridge seals are static pressure tested and certified before being packaged for shipment.
We have a machine shop and can provide custom machining services for components including sleeves, locking collars, glands and adapters.
